Simone and Valentina exceeded our imaginations when it came to having a private chef for a night away from home in Italy. They were so polite and took the time to explain all the food. We really enjoyed the hands on interaction with them to make our appetizer. It gave us tips for the future. The food was to die for and did not even compare to other Italian food we experienced during our trip through Italy. We practically drooled over the risotto. My dad was still talking about it a week later. Thank you for making our Italy trip fantastic!
